Learn how to cook Ladyfingers masala dry, It is one if the tastiest recipes and can be cooked in just few minutes. Bhindi dry can be served with Roti, Chapathi and Rice.
- 500 grm LADYFINGER chopped
- 1/4 cup dry coconut chopped
- 7 dry red chilly
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
in a grinder jar add dry red chilly, dry coconut, garlic cloves, and salt.
blend to coarse powder.
heat oil in a pan and add chopped ladyfingers.
saute until ladyfingers become soft, it may take 10 minutes.
further add turmeric powder, salt and mix well
now add grinded masala and combine well
stir fry foe a minute on medium flame,
finally, serve with roti or chapathi
