Chocolate cup cakes
- 1.5 cup Maida all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Coco powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Coffee powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Butter milk
We need to preheat the Micro Oven 170 Celsius.
In a large bowl add maida, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda Then add sugar, coffee powder mix all the ingredients together.
Now add egg, cooking oil and butter milk mix well, mix until there are no lumps. it should not be very thick and at the same time should not be watery. Maintain smooth consistency.
Now lets line the cup cake tray with some muffin liners. Then grease cups with the oil,
take a scoop of batter and fill into the muffin cups. Fill the liners to only about half cup do not overfill them.
Now Bake it for 170 degree Celsius in the micro oven for 5 minutes. (Micro+convection)
to check the cake has baked completely, always insert a toothpick at the centre and see if it comes out clean. else bake for 1 more minute.
Let it cool down completely.
