Ingredients

  • 10 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup Milk

For Caramel

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Remove the edges of the bread and cut into small pieces. Transfer in to a blending jar blended into cores powder keep it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Combine well then add milk. Mix once again and then add powdered bread and mix it well.
  3. Keep a side now lets prepare caramel. Take a sauce pan add sugar, water and heat for some time when it will comes golden colour do not burn turn off the flame.
  4. Immediately transfer the caramel to cake mould and spread it all over mould. Now with the help of spoon pour the bread mixture into caramel mould.
  5. After that add water into pressure cooker and place the plate or stand to elevate the pan. Keep the mould in side and make sure the base of the mould touches the water steam it for 40-45 minutes on medium heat.
  6. After 45 minutes check the pudding by inserting a knife, if it come out clean then the bread pudding is ready.
  7. Now our delicious bread pudding is ready to serve. refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy
