Eggless Chocolate Cake | With Oven and Without Oven
with step by step photo and video recipe. In this video, I’m going to show an Eggless chocolate cake recipe using a pressure cooker and also micro Oven. Preparing this cake is very easy and it can be decorated for birthdays and other celebrations. fewer ingredients and bigger cake and very yummy.
Eggless chocolate cake
- 2 cup All-Purpose flour / Maida
- ¾ cup Cocoa powder
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1.5 cup Milk
- 1 cup Curd
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
If you are using a pressure cooker, put a layer of salt/sand in the pressure cooker, place a stand for holding cake mold and preheat it for 15 mins in medium flame.
If you are using a micro oven, preheat it at 170c.
In a mixing bowl, Sieve Maida, Cocoa powder, Baking powder, Baking soda, and salt make sure no lumps.
Add sugar and combine well
Add Milk, Curd, Oil and Vanilla Essence, Mix well.
Place a butter paper in cake mold and fill cake batter up to 70% of the mold.
In Micro oven, Place it on the turntable and bake at 170c for 30 to 35mins
In a pressure cooker, Place in the middle of the stand, cover and bake for 40 to 45 mins on medium flame.
Once it is perfectly baked, take out and allow it to be cooled and enjoy!
• Milk, curd and All the ingredients should be in room temperature.
• Time may vary for Different types of ovens. In Few micro ovens this can be baked in just 5 mins, in other ovens it takes around 40mins. So always make sure to stop baking once it is baked perfectly, do not over bake.
• You can decorate the cake as you like with cream and fruits etc.
