Preparing this 3 ingredient cake is very easy and we do not need oven, butter, maida, sugar, and egg. All we need is oreo biscuits pockets. This cake tastes different, Just like Oreo biscuits.

Preparing this 3 ingredient cake is very easy and we do not need an oven, butter, maida, sugar, and egg. All we need is oreo biscuits pockets. This cake tastes different, Just like Oreo biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Oreo biscuit (120g each)
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 butter paper
  • handful of dry fruits (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a blender jar and add 2 packets of Oreo biscuits (240g) making 2 halves in each, and make a powder of it by grinding.

  2. Add 1tbsp of baking soda and 1 cup of milk to it and grind again for 30 seconds to get a smooth batter.

  3. Apply oil on a pan using a brush along the sides, take a butter paper and again apply some oil on it.

  4. Pour the Oreo batter into the pan and shake a little bit to remove the bubbles, if any.

  5. Place a griddle on the stove (iron griddle) and heat it well. Now place the pan (step 4) on this griddle and add some dryfuits on the batter so that it looks good and tastes good as well.

  6. Now close the lid and cook it for about 25 to 30 minutes on a low flame, but make sure to block the lid hole using a clove.

  7. After 30 minutes remove the lid and check if the cake is baked properly or not, for that you can vertically insert a toothpick in the cake. If the batter is non-sticky to your toothpick, then your cake is perfectly cooked. Now allow it to cool for 10 minutes.

  8. Now take out the cake from the pan and peel off the butter paper gently.

  9. You can slice the cake now with the help of a knife and check how fluffy the cake is!

  10. The Yummy Oreo Cake is ready to enjoy.

Recipe Notes

  • Cosider using 1/2 cup of milk if you are using only 1 packet of Oreo biscuit (i.e. 120g).
  • Non-stick pan is not recommended in the process.
  • You can keep this cake in the fridge for 2 hours, before serving.
