- 12 greenchillies
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Grind and make powder of cumin and salt
Now slit the green chillies, if chillies are too spicy remove the seeds
take prepared cumin stuffing into a plate, stuff approximately 1 to 2 tsp into chillies
now heat oil in a pan placed stuffed mirchi, keep on low flame
cook until blister appear on chilli, flip the chillies and cook on all sides
if mirchi are too spicy, you can tone down by pouring few drops of lemon juice while serving it will be very tasty
serve stuffed mirchi fry as a side dish for lunch and dinner
