Masala peanut chaat bakery style recipe | masala groundnuts recipe
- ½ cup peanuts
- 2 tbsp besan
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- ¼ turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- Curry leaves few
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
- 1 pinch hing
- water as required
In a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour, turmeric, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, pinch of hing and mix well.
Pour water in batches and prepare thick batter.
Add peanuts mix well and rest it for 30 minutes.
Fry curry leaves in hot oil till they turn crisp, take out and keep aside.
Reduce the flame to medium and add peanuts, you can add peanuts one by one or all at once.
Fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
Take out and drain them over a kitchen paper.
Garnish it with fried curry leaves. Serve after 30 minutes for extra crunchiness.
- Instead of 30 mins, You can also start frying marinated peanuts just after 10 mins if you are in hurry.
