
Aloo Gobi Curry Dhaba style | Potato cauliflower curry

Ingredients
- 300 grams cauliflower
- 1 big potato chopped
- 1 onion medium size chopped
- 2 tomatoes medium size chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup fresh coconut chopped
- 10 inch ginger chopped
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- Curry leaves few
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a jar add fresh coconut, ginger, garlic, clove and cinnamon, water grind to to smooth paste

In a pan heat oil, then add onion, curry leaves, keep on medium flame fry for 1 minute

Now add potato, gobi mix it and cover the lid simmer for 2 minutes then mix well

Now add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder mix well. Keep on medium flame

Now add grinded paste and mix well, add 1 cup water and mix well you can add more water if you want

Now add coriander powder mix well and cover the lid, simmer for a minute

Open the lid, mix well, now add tomatoes mix and simmer for a minute

Turn off the flame and serve hot with chapati, roti, rice or paratha
