Ingredients

  • 1 cup curd
  • ¼ cup tomato chopped
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • ¼ cup cucumber chopped
  • few coriander leaves chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a mixing bowl, add some water if you want
  2. Mix well with a spoon or with mixer
  3. Add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt to taste

  4. Combine all the ingredients into the curd well. we are adding cumin powder because the raita will be more tasty

  5. It is a healthy raita for all age group, serve with pulao or biriyani
