Ingredients

  • 20 mangos medium size cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup garlic cloves remove skin
  • 1/3 cup fenugreek seeds powder
  • 1 cup mustard seeds powder
  • 1.5 cup salt
  • 1.5 cup red chilli powder
  • 2.5 cup ground nut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add fenugreek seeds powder, mustard seeds powder, salt, red chilli powder, combine well
  2. Add oil and mix well, without forming lumps
  3. In a mixing bowl add 13 cups of mango pieces 

  4. Add mixed masala, and combine well

  5. Add garlic cloves and mix well
  6. Store in a container, close the container with cloth and rest for 7 days
  7. After 7 days it will reduce to ¾ of the container, oil will come up, if not you can add ½ cup of oil and adjust. 
  8. Mix well with a dry spoon and use

Recipe Notes

  • Do not keep in contact with water
  • Use dry spoon to take out the pickle 
  • You can store it for a year long
