Ingredients

  • 6 slices fish
  • 2 cloves
  • fFew cinnamon
  • few coriander leaves
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp fish masala
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • red food colour
  • salt for taste
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. In a jar add cinnamon, cloves, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, some water and grind it, make paste
  2. In a mixing bowl, add grinded paste, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt, fish masala, garam masala, food colour add water little by little and mix well

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, apply masala paste to the fish slices all around
  4. put into hot oil and fry for 1-2 minutes each side, rotate and fry both sides
  5. take out and dry on a kitchen paper

  • You can use variety of fishes
