Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • coriander leaves few
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • salt to tate

Instructions

  1. Take bowl beat all eggs in to it.

  2. Add 1/4 tsp salt to it and mix well.

  3. In a pan heat oil and add chopped onions saute till translucent keep on medium flame.

  4. Then add chopped green chilli, ginger mix it well.

  5. Now add chopped tomato salt to taste.adjust the salt because we added some salt before. mix it well. fry till the tomatoes will be soft.

  6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala mix it well.

  7. Then add beatened egg to it mix well keep on medium flame.

  8. Saute it well till it will be dry. Don't add water.

  9. Finally garnish with coriander leaves mix well off the stove

Recipe Notes

  • Add pav baji masala if you want egg burge to taste like Mumbai street food .
