Ingredients

  • ½ cup coriander seeds
  • 10 guntur red chillies
  • 10 byadagi red chillies
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp hing / asafoetida
  • ¼ cup curry leaves
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, pepper seeds fry for few seconds on medium flame
  2. Now add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and roast for few seconds
  3. Add coriander seeds, curry leaves, hing / asafoetida, turmeric powder mix well and roast for few seconds
  4. Add red chillies and roast for few seconds then off the flame and allow to be cool
  5. Now add all roasted spices into a jar and blend into smooth powder, then take out in a plate and rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy for 3 months long

Recipe Notes

  • Store it in a tight container 
  • You can add more chillies if you want more spicy
