Ingredients

  • 3 bunches methi fenugreek leaves

Instructions

  1. Remove fenugreek leaves from the stems
  2. Rinse with water twice
  3. Drain out the water
  4. Spread methi leaves on a cloth or paper, let it to dry for one full night about 12 hours. Do not dry in sunlight
  5. Next day take them into a plate, dry one more day, do not expose to sunlight directly
  6. Next day you have to dry under sunlight for 30 minutes. Homemade kasuri methi is healthy and crisp/brittle

  • Store in a tight container and use all the year long
  • Use for curries and non-veg recipes
