Ingredients

  • 1 capsicum medium size chopped
  • ¼ cup peas fresh/frozen
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 to matoes medium size chopped
  • 1 onion medium size chopped
  • 1 carrot medium size chopped
  • 1 cup macaroni pasta any shape
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. In a pan boil 4-5 cups of water for 3 minutes, add 1 cup of macaroni pasta and salt for taste, 1 tsp of oil mix well, and allow to boil stir in between. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the pasta become soft

  2. Drain off the macaroni and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin and garlic fry for few seconds then add onions and saute till it become soft
  4. Now add peas, carrot, capsicum, tomato mix well and add ½ cup of water cover the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes. Make sure vegetables are cooked
  5. Now add cooked macaroni, chilli powder, garam masala, tomato sauce and salt mix well
  6. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame
  7. Off the stove and serve hot

Recipe Notes

  • You can add more vegetables if you want
  • you can take any shape of pasta
