Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked mung beans soak overnight
  • ¼ cup tomato finely chopped
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped optional
  • ¼ cup cucumber finely chopped
  • ¼ cup carrot finely chopped
  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Take ¾ cup of mung beans, rinse twice with water and soak in water overnight. It will be 1 cup of soaked mung beans in the mornig
  2. In a mixing bowl add carrot, onion, cucumber, tomato, green chilli, soaked mung beans, pepper powder, salt to taste, lemon juice
  3. Combine well, and serve
