Ingredients

  • 1 cup spring onion leaves
  • 1 capsicum medium size chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup spring onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 2 cup rice boiled
  • 200 grams button mushrooms
  • few coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add mushrooms fry for 2 minutes till they are brown on low flame. add a pinch of salt in between. Mushroom will release moisture into pan, just take mushrooms out of liquid
  2. In a dry pan heat oil and add ginger, garlic fry for a minute on low flame, now add chopped onion and capsicum saute for a minute on high flame
  3. Now add mushrooms and mix well, put soya sauce and green chilli sauce mix well
  4. Keep on low flame and add boiled rice give a good mix, then add pepper powder, vinegar and mix well
  5. Then add spring onion and coriander leaves
  6. Finally add salt to taste and mix well and serve
