Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions medium size chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 cup boiled rice
  • Few coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan then add green chillies, onion saute for 2 minutes on medium flame
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well, fry until the raw smell disappears
  3. Now add turmeric and salt mix well
  4. Add eggs keep on medium flame, allow it to spread in the pan and mix slowly
  5. Now add garam masala and give a nice mix
  6. Add boiled rice, coriander leaves, lemon juice give a good mix
  7. Cover the lid simmer for a minute on low flame
  8. Mix again and serve hot with lemon and onion

Recipe Notes

  • Use red chili powder if you do not like green chilies 
  • You can add more eggs if you want
