Ingredients

  • 3 cup spring onion & leaves chopped
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion green chilly fry for 1 minute soften the onions
  2. Now add washed spring onion and leaves, turmeric powder, salt mix well keep medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, stir in between
  3. Add 2 large eggs if eggs are small add 3 eggs. Spread egg and mix slowly
  4. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes, do not cover the lid
  5. Serve with roti or chapati

Recipe Notes

  • Unlike other curries do not add water
